The Esprit uses a single 8-inch low frequency transducer in a sealed chamber that maintains the signature transparency and transient response of Nola's loudspeakers.

The midrange and high frequency transducers are deployed in a 45-degree mirror imaged array (the same as the Grand Reference) to provide more realistic image sizes while retaining excellent image focus. A tri-laminate 4½-inch cone reproduces the midrange free of coloration. A 1-inch aluminum dipole dome tweeter reproduces the high frequencies. Removable front and rear grilles allow the Lotus series the most open sound possible - completely free of obstructions for the midrange and tweeter.
